Consistency with 30DS
I have a question about the 30DS program - if you miss a day or two of it, do you start all over again back to "day 1"? I understand that doing it every day is extremely important in order to see the best results, but I also do other exercise besides the 30DS. I tend to do at least 60 minutes of Zumba a day. Fast Lunches @ The Office
I'm looking for ideas/suggestions on quick foods for lunch that can keep me full for 5 hours or so and are yet office-friendly.
