  • Mine is in the kitchen because my bathroom is too small and I tend to bump it a lot. I called the scale manufacturer and they agree its best to be in a place where its less traffic/won't be disturbed or moved often so since I spend less time in the kitchen and there is a little more room there, that's where it is :)

  • It wouldn't hurt to have it documented that this occurred. In case it happens again to you or anyone else in the area, there will already be a history of incident(s) so as to help catch the guy if he ever comes around again. They would probably be able to increase patrol in the area as well if you request it.
