Help with Calories
My personal trainer doesn't want me to have more than 1400 calories a day. I'm eating about 1100 a day and working out at the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Should I add 300 calories to meet the 1400 a day, or am I okay with just the 1100? The main thing I've noticed is that my energy level is kind of low, but I'm more concerned…
