who is it for and when should it be taken?
i have heard that it's best to eat before a work out, and i have heard that it's best to eat after a work out. does anyone know the correct answer? and what are the best foods to eat?
i'm trying to loose 20+ pounds for my June wedding, and also want to commit to making this not only a diet, but a healthy lifestyle change! im a good motivator and would love someone to do the same for me! :)
