Vegan breakfast with less carbs?
Hi there, I'd like to lost three kilos and I'm vegan. I'm 1.60m and it seems I eat between 2100 and 2300 calories per day. Myfitnesspal tells me, I should cut it down to 1500, if I want to lose weight. I work out quite a lot, so I'm hungry and now that my muesli is out of the question, what should I have for breakfast?
