My first 5K is coming up, does any one have any advise on last minute preparation regarding nutrition and/or workouts? I usually run 3 to 4 times a week , 2+ miles per session. Exercising more and gaining or not losing weight
I've noticed that whenever I exercise more (jogging with my chocolate lab for 2 miles 3 to 4 times a week and doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD 2 to 3 times per week), I either gain a few pounds or not lose any weight at all. dessert ... can it be included?
I've been really cracking down on my calories and lately I've been wanting dessert so I budget the calories as part of my daily goal but I was wondering if I shouldn't be eating dessert at all... Thoughts anyone? I've lost 11 lbs so far :)
