I have eased by 1 year old chocolate into running for months. We are now running but we only do intervals. He loves it! When we walk, he can sniff around and relieve himself and when we run, he is all about business :) We do 2 miles a day for now.

I only have the 30 day shred and absolutely love it! After the workout I feel so much stronger :) I love Jillian!!!!

THank you all for your responses! I've never really been into dessert but I tried the no sugar added klondike bars (skim-a-bear) ... They r just awesome ...lol ... I will limit myself though :) I do eat very balanced just watch my portions so that I can have my sweet.
