I've been thinking about starting to bike to some trails and take jogs a couple times a week, but I'm losing weight just fine so far. Should I wait for a plateau to start exercising more? Right now I just do pinterest exercises at home. Oh and I'm trying not to lose weight too fast because I'm still nursing.
