I've been thinking about starting to bike to some trails and take jogs a couple times a week,
but I'm losing weight just fine so far.
Should I wait for a plateau to start exercising more?
Right now I just do pinterest exercises at home.
Oh and I'm trying not to lose weight too fast because I'm still nursing.

No - don't wait. Exercise is good for your body and mind. Plus you are setting a good example for your children when they see you being active.0

Start now... constantly change how fast you go or the time to try and prevent a plateau.
You will probably not plateau if you constantly change things up.0 -
Go for it! Mixing up your routine will help keep your mind AND your body (AKA a plateau) from getting bored. Plus, it will make you feel awesome!
"Wow, I totally regret that run," said no one EVER0 -
You can always jog in place - still get the same results as jogging outside... feeling the burn0
