I got a Fitbit Ultra for Mother's Day on Sunday! I'm so excited to use it, but was wondering if I need to log my exercise calories or not. New NSV!
This is sort of still scale related, but anyway...I calculated my BMI and for the first time in YEARS I'm not technically Obese! I've been as high as 31 before, and I'm down to 28 now. That's still too high in my book, but such a big achievement for me.
