Starting over after a long time away
I lost track of using this app/site for quite a while. During that time I was totally off course with my food intake. I entered my food from the last two days and was horrified! I definitely need to be here. I need to re-learn how to eat a more healthful diet. Anyone else starting over? Or even just starting for the first…

I'm just curious to know how often everyone weighs in. I know a lot of people like to weigh in every day, but I find that doing that discourages me.

Tired - need an energy boost!
I workout several times a week and have been trying to eat a more healthful diet. I feel great after a workout, but the rest of the time I just feel so drained. I need a good energy booster. Any ideas you can share with me? I've yawned like 5 times while typing this....
