Weight-Loss Plateau
I'm at 1,500 calories with an additional 400-600 a day from exercise. I try to leave about 100-300 by the end of the day, and now in my third week, the scale hasn't dropped for a bit. I went on a hike today for about three hours followed by a visit to the gym.
