Hi, Although I don't go to the gym I do have a treadmill and mini stepper at home which i use alternative days. I also do 300 sit ups everyday. Running or Walking???
Hi I have a treadmill at home which at the minute I walk at a fast pace and do 3 miles in 30 minutes. I was wondering if this is as good for you as running as when I try my shins seem to hurt.

Fat Thighs
Hi I was wondering if there was any specific exercises to help tone my thighs up. I walk on a treadmill for 30 mins 5 times a week and although just above my knee has toned up, right at the top of my leg is still flabby. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
