Set your goal in MFP from weight loss to maintain your weight, and then eat all your calories. Some find it helpful to up their calories by 100/day every week instead of jumping straight up to maintenance calories. Keep track of your long term weight trends and make adjustments up/down as necessary. I found I had to up my calorie goal to 2200 a day because I lost very slowly at the MFP suggestion of 2150/day.0
