Hi Everyone: Im 42, 5'0 and 186 lbs. My goal is to lose between 40-50 lbs, but Im also going to be trying to get pregnant (first baby). What foods do I need to be eating to help me lose weight, but I also want to build my body up to have a healthy pregnancy? Thanks!
