How to keep carbs LOW?!
I'm trying to cut for a bikini competition in April, so doing 20% intake carbs, 40% protein, and 40% fat. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE because I don't eat meat (save fish). Still, I'm not trying to eat tuna 3x per day because blehhh! Is anyone else out there able to maintain carbs at around 20%?? I'm struggling at 35%, and…
