Lost 16.5 lbs in three weeks
Hi I have just lost 16.5 lbs in three weeks, I eat a total of 1500 cals a day, breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinners plus drink loads of water. I exercise 1 hours / 5 times a week gentle cv and try and keep heart rate at 130 ish and try to burn between 500/700 cals a session, but do I not eat these cals but use them as a…
