i have always been a procrastinator and i am having a hard time breaking that habit. so i need some ideas on how to stop! my job is an on call basis and my hours are all over so its hard to get into a routine. i also have 2 kids and a husband that works shift work. any ideas?:sad:
hey i'm jen i joined a couple of days ago and have been reading all of the posts and am impressed with all of the support from everyone! it is very hard to find supportive people or people that want to even try to get healthy. i am hoping to find people that will help me in my lifestyle journey!:happy:
