Help! I have lost 20lbs, but still have about 15-20 more to go. I think I am at a plateau, as I can't drop anymore, but have actually gained some, although I remain under my calorie goal, and exercise for about 2 hours a day. Any suggestions on how to break it? :sad:
Today begins my 6th week of my diet and exercise program. I have lost only 11.5 lbs. I am always under my calorie goal, and I exercise for at least 1.5 - 2 hours a day, usually 6 days a week, sometimes 7.
