Plateau

Help! I have lost 20lbs, but still have about 15-20 more to go. I think I am at a plateau, as I can't drop anymore, but have actually gained some, although I remain under my calorie goal, and exercise for about 2 hours a day. Any suggestions on how to break it? :sad:

    1) you're probably not eating enough. I don't know your goal or anything but it seems to be a common factor here. If you eat less than 1600-1700, you're not eating enough.

    2) I hit a plateau for 2-3 weeks every month. Then I lose 7-10lbs in less than 2 weeks. It's normal. Don't worry unless it lasts a month.
