Hi all, I'm looking for any advice or support as I begin the Beachbody Ultimate Reset on Thursday. I have most of the *unusual* foods purchased and have weaned myself off of caffeinated coffee (miracles CAN happen!). Looking for anyone who has done this before to offer up any tips.
