stomach ache after eating cake?
Hi everyone, I'm new to MFP and I have done really well on my diet for the past 2 weeks. Well because of the holiday today I had a piece of cake (the rest of my diet was as normal) and now I'm in so much pain! Is this normal? I never had stomach pains after eating junk food before. Thanks!
