Hi everyone,
I'm new to MFP and I have done really well on my diet for the past 2 weeks. Well because of the holiday today I had a piece of cake (the rest of my diet was as normal) and now I'm in so much pain! Is this normal? I never had stomach pains after eating junk food before. Thanks!

Well, it could be food poisoning...
... Or your body is probably just not used to such fatty/sweet food anymore. I can't eat beef or anything fried anymore without having stomach issues soon after.
However, depending on your amount of pain, I'd check with a Doctor!0 -
This is anecdotal, but sometimes I get a slight stomach ache after eating foods high in sugar without other foods... like a cupcake mid-afternoon, and far enough from lunch that my tank is empty.0
