I'm the new guy
Hello all... I've been using MFP for a couple weeks. Lost about 8 lbs just by keeping my calories at or below 2100 per my DR orders. I'm 48, 5'9" and started around 285. I have now started doing Yoga. More of a power type of Yoga, DDP Yoga (google it) I'm feeling pretty good about my progress. I have some funny stories…
