Hello all... I've been using MFP for a couple weeks. Lost about 8 lbs just by keeping my calories at or below 2100 per my DR orders. I'm 48, 5'9" and started around 285. I have now started doing Yoga. More of a power type of Yoga, DDP Yoga (google it)
I'm feeling pretty good about my progress. I have some funny stories about my cravings and where they take me if anyone would like to laugh along with me some time.
Anyway.. just wanted to 'check" in... be part of instead of APART of!
