Recipes vs ingredients
I added a recipe to MFP, and it calculated 30g total carbs. However, when I look up each individual ingredient in MFP using the same measurements as the recipe, my calculations total 20.3. Anyone know why this discrepancy?

Meal plan hasn't started yet? What?
Is anyone else getting this? I selected a meal plan 3 days ago, and I'm still getting this message. I've even checked off the unnecessary, unwanted, and somewhat redundant tasks hoping to move things along.
