Need female skinny-fat friends!
I'm new to MFP as of today! So I'm what my friends call "skinny" but not what I would consider to be so. 5'7", 128lbs and super hour-glass shaped. Most people would be happy with this, but I'm not FIT. If you're skinny-fat looking to be skinny-fit add me. We all need some encouragement.

Good workouts after being sick?
I was doing 1 - 1 1/2 hours of cardio, plus a bit of strength training every day after work (5-6 days) until I got sick. 5'7" Looking to lost my last few!
I've had the number 115 in my head for a while. I started a couple weeks ago at 133 and weighed in this morning at 128. This is the first time I've made the effort instead of just complaining about my weight. The only problem is I have the biggest sweet tooth in history! It's so hard to say no to it.
