Good workouts after being sick?

I was doing 1 - 1 1/2 hours of cardio, plus a bit of strength training every day after work (5-6 days) until I got sick. I want to wait until my chest clears up 100% (almost there!) before I start crazy cardio again. Any tips on things I can do at home to keep moving without coughing my head off?
My weighted hula hoop just came in the mail yesterday and it seems like it'll be a great addition! But I need other - quiet - exercises for home also. (I cannot do a push up so those are off the table. Lol.)
