Anyone use Budokon?
Two years ago, I was using Budokon DVD's to workout a few days a week and running on the days in between. I got pretty good results and I am trying to get back into it along with running. I was just wondering if anyone here used them. I like the mixture of yoga and martial arts. It always seemed like a good workout.
