Confused on amount lost
Please help I am abit confused on how much I have lost this week. I weigh in stones and oz last week I weighed in at 21 stone which according to the on line stone to pounds conversion is 294lb this week I weighed in at 20s 11lb which is tell me is 281.54 ?
