I was doing really well, lost 21 lbs but now am stuck and I still have more than 50 to go!! It has been two weeks since I lost any weight. Have ramped up exercise, kept calories at 1200. Trying to stay committed- advice?

whoa...today after weeks I fell off the wagon...
I think I ate everything I saw today- holy cow- huge breakfast, chocolate cake with buttercream icing, pizza, and more. That is the first time since started this in Jan that I have done that- lost 18 lbs to date...back at er tomorrow!

Yikes how did I gain four pounds in one day!!
So I was doinng well lost 6 pounds i three week- then had what i thught was a great weekend- worked out everyday, tracked my food, did not indulge...got on scale UP 4 POUNDS. Advice anyone

50lbs more to loose...seems far away!
Have been on here for two weeks- about a week after I started watching what I eat and exercising- 6 lbs total so far but wow getting the next 50 off seems so far away when that little counter says in 5 weeks you should way this. Ant tips? Do you ever reward yourself along the way with a treat? Does the addition of calories…
