hi all .. so I'm back ... needing surgery on my left ankle (too much sport when young is BAD for you hahaha !) having recovered from surgery on my right .. and looking to lose a few pounds .. BUT .. what should I be doing ??? ..... Answers please below .... I want to combine some cardio that doesn't impact on my ankle ..…

Plateau ???
Ok MFP universe .. I am eating at a deficit most of the week .. I am hitting the gym 3 times a week .. I even cycled 40 miles out to Wales a couple of weeks ago ... and I have remained the same weight for the last 3 weeks ...... where am I going wrong ?? :(

How do you 'cut' ??
I have seen many people speaking about a 'cut' phase .. i presume this means cutting fat to expose your (hard worked for !) muscle .. but how do you do it without losing muscle mass ?? Creatine Info anyone ??
Just started taking Creatine post workout .. I am told I will gain weight, if only due to water absorbtion .. is this true and should I reduce calorie intake to compensate ??? I am trying to do the hardest thing .. drop weight and gain muscle .. hmmmmnn

Cardio or weights first ???
Hey everyone !! So, I have broken both ankles over the past few years and have a 'glass' back .. just got back into the gym, doing a bit of everything ... does it matter if I do weights or cardio first in my workout ??? any ideas or thoughts gratefully accepted .. keep on logging !!!! ;)
