Hi friends. I've been doing a lot of research on the paleo diet, and I'm considering it for a LIFETIME change, not just fast weight loss. I'm wondering if anyone else out there has any experience, reccomendations, advice, or success stories?
So I'm making this tequila lime chicken.... It marinades in tequila, olive oil, cilantro, and jalepenos.. How do I count the calories for the marinade? I know the meat soaks up SOME of those ingredients...but not all of them...how do I count it?
