Eating calories back?
I eat healthy. I rarely eat stuff I shouldn't. I am a runner and I also do a boot camp class a few days a week. I burn up some calories. If it weren't for the exercise, I would go over my calories. I get hungry a lot, and even though I am snacking on healthy things like veggies, fruits, and nuts, I fear eating those…

My feet, legs, and joints hurt!
Okay, I'm going to be 32 soon, but really? Doesn't seem to matter what I do, my feet, my legs, knees, back, everything hurt!!! I'm not obese, but trying to lose the last 10 lbs. I'm 139 lbs. I just don't get it. Could it maybe be that I need some shoe inserts or somehting? I hate feeling like this. Any ideas?

I could use some help with some good exercises to tone my calves. Doesn't seem to matter what I do, I can't seem to tone mine :(

Hi there! My name is Ashley, I just moved to South Tampa from the sticks of North Carolina....I've been here about a month and I am trying to lost about 15-20 lbs.
