Eating calories back?

I eat healthy. I rarely eat stuff I shouldn't. I am a runner and I also do a boot camp class a few days a week. I burn up some calories. If it weren't for the exercise, I would go over my calories. I get hungry a lot, and even though I am snacking on healthy things like veggies, fruits, and nuts, I fear eating those calories back is helping me not lose weight. Just wondering if I should try to keep it at 1200 and not eat back my calories...any help would be great

MFP builds in the deficit. And by working out you are sometimes causing an unhealthy deficit depending on how much you've worked out. So you should be eating those calories and as long as you stay under what you exercised back you'll still lose weight.0

You should definitely eat back your calories. You do not want your net calories to fall below 1200. Listen to your body as well. You can usually tell the difference between when you want food and when you need food. If you ever get that dizzy lightheaded feeling accompanied by hunger then you should eat, even if you are going over calories. I0
