Hi All I go to the gym most mornings (75 minute workout, heavy on cardio) on a banana and cup of coffee then when I get home I have scrambled eggs on 1 slice of wholemeal toast. My question is, am I really maximising my weightloss with these meals when I'm burning calories at a higher rate post exercise? Any advice…
I'm new here, though I'll confess to having joined a week ago but hadn't checked out these fab forums until now. I'm one of lifes yoyo dieters though I never have more than 2 stone to lose.
