Logging alcohol??
Hey everyone So if I'm eating cereal for breakfast and salad for lunch and dinner with little snacking in between except for fruit should I be logging alcohol? I drink maybe 2/3 nights a week and always have gin and tonic rather than higher calorie drinks but I'm aware that alcohol affects the process of burning calories…
