I sort of eat well, do exercise and am fighting those menopausal slowing of the metabolism.. need a buddy to get me to take off the 15 pounds that are keeping me out of the jeans, and the clothes that are in my closet taunting me! YOu can count on me to be a good shoulder- I need a chubby checker to keep on me!!
Ok party tomorrow night. I know all the rules of eating ahead, bring your own, blah blah I am talking about how to pass by all the bad choices for a whole night while everyone else is indulging.. help?
