  • just booked a trip to Florida for April. now if that isn't a goal, what is? Please don't desert me !!! but I usually have a tough time with the long haul..and yes, to me, more than one month is a long haul
  • lost 20 already? you are a hero.. so we are rather snowed in today and did shovel for an hour.. but the elliptical in the house awaits, so this afternoon we have a date- 30 minutes sounds about right, level 10.. just found this site- am hoping this will be the inspiration I need- thanks, Marky mark
