chubby checker? want a buddy for 15 pound goal

I sort of eat well, do exercise and am fighting those menopausal slowing of the metabolism.. need a buddy to get me to take off the 15 pounds that are keeping me out of the jeans, and the clothes that are in my closet taunting me!

I need to drop 15 in the next 2 months, its one of my mini goals and im kinda struggling too! I've already dropped 20 since November....WE CAN DO IT!!
Next step is eliminating the "sort of" from the "eat well" and adding an extra 15 minutes of cardio everyday!0 -
lost 20 already? you are a hero.. so we are rather snowed in today and did shovel for an hour.. but the elliptical in the house awaits, so this afternoon we have a date- 30 minutes sounds about right, level 10..

I'm in!!! 15 more pounds is all I need to lose! Down 44 pounds already, can't seem to knock off these last few pounds! I need to get back on track with my diet. The holidays took me off course. I gained 3 pounds. I need to focus and I need support! At five pounds a month, this should take us about 3 months. Thanks for posting and hope we keep in touch through this post.

Sounds like 15 is the number! I too am looking to drop about 15lbs. I had reached my original goal in October and now have set my new goal! we're all in the same boat0

Any luck finding a walking buddy? If not, you might check out WannaBuddy.com. The site has thousands of parks and trails in a zipcode-searchable database and helps people find others interested in exercise, outdoor activities and healthy activities. Might be worth a try.
