Hi All, I just got a nutri bullet a week or so ago and I have been loving it! So far I have been supplementing into my regular diet but keeping my calories around the 1200-1300 marker. I feel great but I am considering doing a short juice cleanse... maybe three days or so ... has anyone tried this, did you feel too hungry…
Hey, I just joined back after loosing like 35 pounds... I feel like I'm starting to slip into old habits ... stress eating ... too tired to fit in a workout after work etc.. I love the accountability of MFP and I think I need the structure ...Time to get back on track and keep loosing the weight I am looking for buddies…
