So I'm just a normal guy who wants to lose weight. I signed up for a gym that opened yesterday and I'm going in a few hours. My questions is... What should I do? I'm 24, about 5'7 and currently about 295. My goal is to lose weight. Should I strictly do cardio? Or should I throw in some weights to?
