I'm in no way discouraged, just made me curious if that was common. Regardless for the amount I have usually eaten for some time now, it's been relatively easy to maintain less than 2000 calories. There hasn't been any times where I feel deprived or anything. It's nice just to eat when you're hungry and not just because.

I'm a sales rep for a phone company and I work in a mall so eating healthy is very difficult. When I have to eat while at work I'll usually get Subway. I get a 12" Turkey on wheat, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, onions, and banana peppers. I also add a little paramsean. All together according to nutrionix,…

Does any "normal person" have any routines they can share? When I say "normal person", I mean someone who isn't already a health nut with a 6 pack and trains for marathons. Just someone who is in a similar position as me who has had success.

I would like to develop some type of routine. My main questions is is it smart to do a mix of everything if I'm trying to lose weight? Or should I focus on more cardio? Example... Go to the gym on mon/wed/fri and everyday do at least 40min of cardio, and alternate doing legs and arms each day?

Thanks, like the site so far. It's nice to see a lot of REAL people working to lose weight. Since I'm kind of just beginning this, how often or how many times a week should you weigh yourself?
