Hi I am down 22 and have about 20 to go. Some friends have dropped off and I love to give and receive support. I'm at 53 days steady logging and just looking for new MFP friends. Have a blessed day all. Smiley :smile:

PMS - Munchies
Hi All I am the worst for 5 days a month give or take. 1. I can drink water all day and I still want to eat. 2. I want, crave, sweets mostly chocolate. 3. I hold fluid ridiculously. Help, suggestions. This week can kill all the hard work I did the previous week. Thanks

Hi All OK this time is for good and I mean it. LOL. I am about to be 45 and I am working out and changing my eating habits. Support of people with the same mindset I have found is what I need. Can hang with those who think 3000 calories at one meal is acceptable. Anyhow hoping to make some good new friends. God Bless Angie

Hi Been here for about a month and love the fact that I can track what I eat. My weight loss is going much slower than I thought, but I know that is because I am also doing strength training at the same time. So I can see a difference, but the scale does not feel it. LOL. Anyhow, I'm around add me as friend if you want.…
