I have found this to be an easier way of getting my exercise in, going on the elliptical trainer 30-60 mins before breakfast. I also have read a lot of research stating this is a good way to burn fat. So my question is - have any of you had that experience with exercising before eating breakfast?
I have been tracking on here for one week now and notice that unless I exercise I get really hungry on the alloted cal intake. And even though I have stayed within the max kcals every day my weight is at a stand still. I know I need to give it more time - but does anyone else notice the same? Created by MyFitnessPal.com -…
