Hi all! I am excited to be back on here and working hard towards my goal of losing 100 pounds... I currently go to the RAC in Greece for my workouts, and am looking to make some friends on here who also live in the area. The more support we all have the better :-)
When I look at what the elliptical says vs what MFP says I've burned for a specific exercise, I question which one I should use? MFP always seems so much higher than the machine. Its not the in budget to buy the tracker (which i would love)... so I was wondering if anyone has any advice?
