I've only been here a few days but I've noticed when I log exercise, it allows me more calories so when I finish tracking it tells me I should be eating my calorie allowance. Should I just ignore this? I've lost weight before and eaten 1,200 cals a day but MFP is telling me to eat more? A bit confused. Any advice…
