uh...this sucks
i need help..but..Its good to know someone out there is at the same point i am... I started at 154 in jan, and am only down to 146. Well i was at 145 and then gained a lb back this week. I workout 5-7 days a week. typically zumba, and i do get my heartrate going. m for 2 hours, w 1 hour thur 1 hour f 1 hour and sun 1…
