I have heard alot of different things about elipticals vs. treadmills etc. I have heard everything from elipticals do nothing to treadmills do nothing. SOOOOO any idea? I like elipticals because of the lower impact on joints but definately sweat and breathe heavier on treadmill. Is it true elipticals don't really do much?
