Can you get MFP to up your daily calorie allowance?
Mine is currently set to 1,200 per day, but I don't think this is enough and want to up it to either 1,400 or 1,500. Can you do this or does MFP just 'decide' what your calorie allowance is to be for your to attain your goal and you can't change it? My tastiest lunch EVER
I just had a Subway turkey and ham wrap with all the salad and ranch sauce and it was sooo filling and tasty - just 334 calories. YUM. Admittedly, I'm not all that clued up on healthy eating. I try, but wouldn't want to become obsessed by it! So is eating Subway healthy??
